Javea Lodge No 40 invites you to celebrate St George’s Day

Javea 40’s ‘Saint George’s Day celebration’ is being held on Saturday 26th April at the Kawana Bar restaurant in Javea, opposite the Karting centre.

Full details are given in the booking form but, to summarise, the evening is from 6pm until 10.30pm and the ticket price is €22.50, including your meal, live music, and games.

This is the first time we have organised a Saint George’s Day celebratory event and we hope that it will become an annual occurrence, growing and changing with experience.

Please bring your family and friends. It will be a fun evening.

You can join in the spirit of the evening by wearing Red and White to honour St George (or just come as you are!) and join a great party on Saturday April 26th at 6pm at the Kawana Bar, Jávea.

Provincial Piano Recital – 12th April, Espai La Senieta, Moraira

W. Bro Peter Johnson is very pleased to present Brother István Székely, a member of Santa Faz lodge 48, in an evening of fabulous Piano Recital on Saturday the 12^th of April in the auditorium of Espai La Senieta, Moraira. The concert will start at 6:00pm and last approximately 2 hours.

István is a renowned Professor of music at the Katarina Gurska Superior Conservatory in Madrid and Franz List Centre for Special Talents in La Nuncia, so we are in for a wonderful evening of Classical Music featuring pieces by Mozart, Liszt and Debussy.

Masonic Lodge gives donation to Cancer Care Jávea

Local Freemason’s Lodge, Puerto de Xàbia No. 58 had a very successful Ladies’ Night with almost ninety people attending, on the 23^rd of September 2022, at Salones Carrasco in Jávea. The Lodge raised one thousand two hundred and thirty-six euros for charity, and, at the Worshipful Master’s request, WBro John Beavis (shown on the left), decided to donate that sum to Cancer Care Jávea.

At the Installation of the new Worshipful Master, a cheque was presented to the President and lead, nurse Jayne Nutall Blake, (shown in the middle) and their secretary, Jeanette Missons, (on the right)
