Manuel Guillen, a member of Hiram Abif 80, conducted an exemplary 1st degree ceremony in Spanish and English. The Candidate, Bro. David Paris Singer, who had been Initiated into Freemasonry using the Spanish Ancient Scottish Rite on 19th January this year received his initiation, this time using Valencian Emulation Ritual.
The Provincial Grand Master congratulated the team for the demonstration, which was carried out in an exemplary way before the lodge was closed.

Many brethren then continued to a Festive Board where the raffle raised 970€ which, with the alms collection of 291.13€ taken earlier.

HELP receive donations from the province

Brethren from the Provincial Grand Lodge of Valencia , were very pleased to be able to deliver a large number of donations collected from local lodges at the Costa Nova Masonic Centre to the HELP shop in Javea. These much-needed items will be added to and delivered to those in need who are still suffering in the recent flood-affected areas of Valencia.

It was stated that it was wonderful to see the true spirit of Freemasonry exemplified by such a large number of generous donations, which are still very much needed by those still suffering in the wake of the recent floods.

Provincial Ladies’ Night

Please see below the words the Provincial Grand Master used before the event continued:

You are all aware of the tragic events affecting the people of Northern Valencia. I stand here with a heavy heart not imagining the chaos and pain caused by the floods that these poor people are going through. The government has announced 3 days of mourning calling for all public events to be cancelled.

I have had conversations with the Grand Master who has graciously agreed that this event can take place after assuring him that proceeds will be donated to the victims.

Please join me for 1 minute silence in memory of those who have sadly lost their lives.
