On Wednesday, 14th October, Lodge Santa Faz No. 48 held its Installation Meeting at the International Club, El Campello, where W. Bro. Mike Le Peuple was installed as Worshipful Master. The ceremony was conducted by the outgoing Master, W. Bro. Fred Stewart, who installed his successor into the Chair of King Solomon.
The Lodge was honoured by the presence of the Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master of Valencia, R.W. Bro. Michael Shilan, together with officers of the Grand Lodge of Spain and the Provincial Grand Lodge of Valencia.
During his address, the Provincial Grand Master congratulated W. Bro. Le Peuple and the members of Lodge Santa Faz on the high standard of ceremonial work demonstrated throughout the evening. He also paid special tribute to the Installing Master, W. Bro. Fred Stewart, who was presented with his Past Master’s Jewel by the newly installed Worshipful Master.
A total of 47 brethren attended the Installation Ceremony, with 38 brethren remaining for the Festive Board. During the proceedings, W. Bro. Mike Le Peuple thanked all visitors for their support and expressed his appreciation to the officers who had accepted appointments for the coming year.
Special thanks were also extended to the brethren of Lodge San Juan No. 28 for their continued friendship and support to Lodge Santa Faz.
