Thursday, 28th May – Bonalba Golf Resort
The Province is delighted to announce that registration is now open for the 2026 Provincial Charity Golf Tournament, our largest annual fundraising event. Full details and the event poster have been circulated to Lodge Secretaries, and we warmly encourage Brethren to share this invitation widely with friends, family, and golfing companions of all abilities.
Our Mission: Charity at the Heart of the Day
Last year’s tournament raised over 7,000€, a remarkable achievement made possible by your generosity. This year, our efforts continue to focus on supporting those most in need within our Province and through our Masonic charities.
Following the successful purchase of the building for the Marina Alta Masonic Centre, our immediate priority is the renovation of the site as we work toward the planned opening in September 2026. Once complete, the Centre will provide a permanent base for our charitable work and community engagement for generations to come.
Tournament Format & Entry
- Format: Texas Scramble (Teams of 4)
- Cost: 65€ per person (including shared buggy) / 260€ per team
- Eligibility: Open to all Brethren and their guests
Whether you are a seasoned golfer or a complete beginner, your participation is warmly welcomed.

The success of this event depends greatly on the generosity of Lodges and individual Brethren. You may wish to support the tournament by:
- Sponsoring a Team or a Hole
- Sponsoring the Longest Drive or Nearest the Pin
- Donating a prize for the raffle or auction
Every contribution directly strengthens our charitable impact.
Prizes & Social Programme
Alongside the charitable purpose, the day promises friendly competition and excellent company. Prizes include:
- Overall Winners & Runners‑Up
- The John William Harvey Memorial Trophy
(awarded to the top team of four Masons from within the Province) - Individual Prizes: Nearest the Pin & Longest Drive

The tournament will conclude with a Cocktail Prize Presentation and Tapas, open to competitors, partners, and supporters.
Preferential accommodation rates have been arranged with Hotel Bonalba for those wishing to stay overnight.
