Jávea Lodge No. 40 gathered once again on Sunday, 29 March, for one of its popular regular Sunday lunches, this time hosted at the Black Flame in Pedreguer.
The event brought together 30 guests, including members, families, and friends, all enjoying the relaxed atmosphere and good company that have become the hallmark of these gatherings.
Guests were treated to a traditional Sunday Roast dinner, served with all the trimmings. The meal sparked plenty of conversation and laughter, reinforcing the sense of fellowship that Jávea 40 continues to nurture through these informal social events.
A highlight of the afternoon was the charity raffle, which raised an impressive €180 in support of the new Masonic Centre. The generosity of those attending reflects the shared commitment to building a lasting home for the Lodge and the wider Masonic community.
W. Bro. Kevin Hamilton, the Worshipful Master of Jávea 40 expressed his gratitude to all who attended and contributed, noting: “These lunches remind us that fellowship is at the heart of Freemasonry. Every shared meal, every conversation, and every act of generosity brings us closer to our vision for the new Centre.”
The Lodge looks forward to continuing this series of Sunday lunches, strengthening bonds and raising funds in a spirit of friendship and purpose.
